  1. DUDE, WHERE'S THE PROTEIN? I GET IT THAT VEGANS PRETEND TO BE EATING PROTEIN WHILE DYING FROM LACK OF NUTRIENTS IN THEIR BODIES (A DEAR FRIEND OF MINE DIED THAT WAY, SHE DIDN'T HAD MUCH MONEY TO AVOID A NO MEAT DIET AND DIED DUE LACK OF PILLS TO FULLFIL THAT).
    BUT TO PUT A TITLE SAYING THAT IS A "HIGH FUCKING HIGH PROTEIN" SOUP IS ALMOST A CRIME. STICK TO THE COOK, BUT AVOID THE LIES, THEY ARE MISLEADING AND DANGEROUS.
    IF U DON'T HAVE MONEY TO SUPPLEMENT YOUR OWN BULLSHIT YOU WILL DIE. WE NEED MEAT, DESPITE WHAT MANY IDIOTS SAY OR BELIEVE. CHILDREN NEED MEAT, DESPITE BAD PARENTS AVOID GIVING IT TO THEIR CHILDREN DUE THEIR IDIOTIC IDEOLOGY OR CHOICE, WHICH SHOULD BE CONSIDERED A CRIME OF BAD PARENTING.
    DON'T LET YOUR CHILDREN BE TRICKED BY TITLES AND PSEUDOSCIENCE.

    ALSO, IT MAY BE A NICE SOUP BUT TO HAVE "HIGH PROTEIN" YOU NEED TO ADD REAL PROTEIN! CHICKEN OR COW MEAT ARE THE BEST. IF NOT, SOME PORK VERY WELL STEAMED OR COOKED TO AVOID PARASITES.

  2. This looks delicious, but it annoys me greatly that there's a lot of information that has been left out of the video about how to actually cook the recipe I'm seeing onscreen

    What temperature am I putting the oven on to roast the vegetables? How long? What spice blend did you even use for them?

    What about the pot? What setting is that burner on when you're stir frying the vegetables? What texture am I supposed to be looking for while they cook? How much stock are you using? Did you turn the heat down on the burner so the soup simmers or is it supposed to be boiling?

    There's so much information left out that this video, while well produced, is functionally useless for someone who actually wants to make what I'm seeing onscreen due to the frustratingly incomplete instructions on how to make it

  4. I can almost taste it through the screen. I have to try it. I feel like it would be an amazing way to add more veggies and nutrients in my diet.
