  1. Wow, I was wondering finding a true replacement for all-purpose flour. Usually, I use almond flour and coconut flour to bake cookies or bread or cake. I just learn from your video that there is a Lupin flour substitute. Then I went to Google to find out more about its nutrients. It says that it's way low carb than Almond flour and also it has excellent anti-inflammatory properties. What a great substitute. Thanks for sharing this.

  2. Ugh. I bought that LMNT variety pack, and I have to say, it tastes vile. 🤮 You may as well drink a glass of salt water while sucking on a Jolly Rancher. It tastes like they're trying to cover up an extreme salt taste with fake flavors. Also, it caused me to retain so much fluid that my blood pressure spiked through the roof, while at the same time drying out my lips so badly they cracked, and triggered a heart arrhythmia! It's not good stuff. WAY too much sodium. Also, gluten, itself, isn't what triggers inflammation (except in people with celiac), rather other compounds within the wheat do that. Gluten is perfectly keto friendly, as long as you don't have celiac disease. It's pure protein.

  3. I have been baking with lupin for a while, I suggest you use lupina brand lupin flour. I tried Anthony's and it's very very bitter compared to lupina. Also Anthony's lupin flour spiked my husband's BS. Lupina does NOT spike his BS in researching. I found it's the way the lupin flour is processed has an effect on the bitterness and the spike in BS.
