KETO PHILLY CHEESESTEAK
2 tablespoons avocado oil
2 pounds ground beef
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
1/2 cup diced yellow onion
6 slices American cheese
3 slices provolone cheese
keto bun, optional
1️⃣ Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add ground beef and cook for 2-3 minutes. Stir in salt, garlic powder and black pepper. Continue to cook until beef is no longer pink.
2️⃣ Finely dice green bell pepper and onions into small pieces.
3️⃣ Stir in bell pepper and onion. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until slightly softened.
4️⃣ Lower the heat to low-medium. Top with American cheese and provolone cheese. Cover and let cook for 2-3 more minutes. Stir melted cheese into ground beef. Serve by itself or over a toasted low carb bun.
