I made the peanut butter cookies before but the recipe I used called for sweetener like swerve. They suggest the confectioner style but I just use the regular. I also like to just dip the edge in melted chocolate. I love your recipes.

I don't get the nonsense about moist. Lets just normalize the word. The cake looks great! I've done the peanut butter cookies and you need a cup of sweetener also. I made the mistake of using one with erithritol and the cooling sensation made them not work for me, done with real sugar as I've done before they're good.
I find peanut/almond butter really sweet on its own so the 2nd recipe could be my perfect dessert 🙂

Love these recipes! Are the LMNT grapefruit electrolytes a stronger flavour (like raspberry) or a lighter flavour (like tangerine or lime?)
What's wrong with saying moist?
I'd rather hear "moist" in reference to a cake than "damp" or "soggy." 🙂
