  1. I don't get the nonsense about moist. Lets just normalize the word. The cake looks great! I've done the peanut butter cookies and you need a cup of sweetener also. I made the mistake of using one with erithritol and the cooling sensation made them not work for me, done with real sugar as I've done before they're good.
