2-3 egg plants
sesame seeds
chives
Marinade:
1/4 cup white miso
1 teaspoon liquid stevia instead of the honey
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
A small pinch of salt
Tahini Sauce:
1/2 garlic powder
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup tahini
4 tablespoons water to thin it out

  1. I can’t eat eggplant which is a shame cause it sounded like y’all finally found a way to enjoy it.

    Now Spam I can have and enjoy it very much. Sometimes I need a hot dog and sometimes I need Spam. 🤣😂 I never thought of using Parmesan to give it a crispy outside as I normally fry it till almost burnt so it’s kinda crispy anyway.

  2. I make fries with diakon radish, turnip, or rutabega. I've air fried but they often either are a bit burnt or doggy so I opt for frying on the stove in coconut or olive oil like I would potato fries. I season after I fry on the stove, but marinate in olive oil and seasonings including parm if I air fry
