id use the handle of a wooden spoon like we used to do for the jello cakes! mmm sugar free jellow cake would work the same way. They end up striped with color. this looks so good. Thanks ladies for another great time.
I keep looking at that box of cake mix and putting it back. $5.00 for that vs $1.00 for the regular yellow cake mix. I’ll definitely try it if it ever goes on sale.

When you said "Duncan Hines" my inner carb cop went berserk. So I looked up people who ate their Keto friendly cake and then tested blood sugar. Yes, the BG spiked as much as 20 points in 30 minutes BUT by the two hour mark, the BG had dropped to baseline and the ketones went up. I think that is awesome! I think I will make tres leches cake for my next celebration.
