  1. Love your videos, you guys are so witty😊, I’ve tried Keto in the past, it worked. I’m now 53 (in Dec) , my metabolism is starting to slow and I’m noticing Keto is taking longer to kick in. So long that I usually give up and grab that bag of nachos… Any advice ?

  2. I tried the cottage cheese using a silicon cupcake baking cup and put it in the microwave. It worked but made a mess.
I also tried putting the cottage cheese in my dehydrator on parchment paper. It became very crispy. I think I left it too long but it was still good but super crispy

  3. so glad I found you ladies. I am so excited to get my LMNT shipment. I am trying Citrus as suggested. You mentioned a dip when you were tasting the avocado chips. I can't see any details about the dip except that someone below mentions they will look for it at a gas station so now I am really curious. Thank you!

  4. read the ingredients. even cottage cheese gets 'additives'. Trader joe's usually has good ingredients. Also, what if you whisked the cottage cheese to incorporate a little air, mix more of the liquid in and well… I dunno, so you're not just bubbling up the whey around the curds? It's a thought. Experiment time!

  5. Sorry, watched previously, but haven't read back through all comments.
WONDERING IF it might work in the FLAT mini-Dash griddle.
Wonder if blended some first, breaking up curds a bit.
My mom LOVES Good Culture cottage cheese if … if you can locate it. We get it at HEB in Texas. It is not so "moist"😉😉, more creamy.

  6. Crispiest and easiest crackers I got from Ketozoo who used a recipe from Joe Duff. They are made in a microwave. 1/2 cup almond flour, 1/2 cup shredded parmesan put in a food processor. Pulse to stir then add up to 2 tsp water. Looking for peas size balls. Roll out half between 2 sheets of parchment paper THIN. Almost translucent. I use a tortilla press to make it super easy. Use a pizza cutter to cut the crackers into squares. You can add toppings if you want. Put parchment paper/crackers on a plate. Place in microwave offset to the left. Microwave 1 minute. Offset to the right and microwave for another minute. Let cool for 10 minutes.
