  1. Oh man…..I've been wondering what the allulose craze is all about. Finally ordered some. It arrived today and this recipe was my maiden voyage. WOW!!! I had no almonds, so used peanuts, cashews, and shredded coconut. And I made a bark instead of individual candies. It's beyond good. I can't stop eating it. Nice recipe!

  4. Trying these today. Unfortunately we don't have access to allulose in my neck of the woods, but I did use powdered erythritol. They don't come out chewy, but more like a butterfinger consistency (crunchy/flakey). Which I can still enjoy. If anyone knows how I can achieve the gooey caramel from non-allulose sweeteners, please let me know. Could really use a hack here lol
