  1. I just did a variation of tge air fryer omlette as part of a on the go brunch for tomorrow. I used eggs, tomatos, mushrooms, onion, sweet peppers, deli mequite smiked ham, and baby swiss deli cheese. Paoring with a yogurt bowl with choc fudge whey protein powder. Im kinda doing waay higher protien than fat intake and also doing 2 mad me structure. So kinda woukd need more food than only one option a lot of times. Plus i tend to like my probiotic intake more early in the day
