Original recipes we adapted:

Nacho Poppers approx 1 net carb each (makes 24)
8 oz cream cheese
3 cups shredded cheese blend
2 cups shredded chicken, cooked
½ cup red pepper, diced
½ cup green pepper, diced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
½ cup Keto BBQ sauce
1 cup almond flour
2 cups crushed pork rinds
1 tablespoon garlic powder

Jalapeno Poppers – approx 1.4 net carbs each
24 jalapeñoes
1 lb ground beef
1 oz taco seasoning, 1 package
2 teaspoons kosher salt, plus more to taste
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 medium white onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup shredded cheese blend
½ cup cream cheese
4 eggs, beaten
1 ½ cups almond flour, mixed with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper, garlic powder
1.5 cups crushed pork rinds

  1. Thanks, ladies, those recipes look amazing unfortunately I have never seen Jalapenoes for sale in my country the UK, but I so want to try them fresh, better keep looking.   3. Omg! Sarah I totally understand about gloves for handling the jalapenos. I lit my face on fire after chopping tons of jalapenos bare handed, then rubbed my eyes. Made mistake of trying to WASH it off my face, only to spread it all over my face 🤦🏻‍♀️ FYI cloth soaked in milk covering my face helped. I can't imagine lighting my eyeball on fire. 🥺. My husband bought me gloves too! Thank you for all the delicious recipes 🤗

    I make nuggets using ground (in my ninja bullet)'Pure Protein Puffs' w/ a smidge of unflavored protein powder (to help it coat, totally not necessary), my non keto guys really like the pizza flavor – it's a nice alternative to pork rinds once in a while, and adds flavor❣

  5. I'm 67 and weighed 314 at 6'1". The doctor said to lose some weight. I've lost and gained lots of weight but y'all have inspired me to get on a low carb low calorie low sugar diet forever. I weighed 248 tonight. The recipes you show are delicious looking and now I'm very hungry so I hate you 😉. Thanks for helping out.
