  1. Thank you for another great video! I'm definitely going to make these. I want to try the cheese version with a taco dip! Also, try them but half cheddar and half mozzarella, to tone down the cheddar flavor I can use them for other dips.

  2. Hey girls…the very best most delish chips are made from cut the carb flat bread huge 12×9 sheet (that only has 9g carbs )cut up into 2” strips then cut strips into triangle. In a wok or deep skillet put in avacado oil enough to cover chips…pre heat the drop triangles into oil flip almost as soon as they hit the oil…they cook fast ! Pull out and drain in paper towel then drop gently into a ziplock with grey sea salt

  3. I was using Mr Tortilla 1 net carb street size tortillas. I would take 5 and stack them, cut the circles in half, stack and cut in 3 triangles. It yields 30 small tortilla chips and fry in healthier oil until crispy and season with popcorn seasoning./or with a bit of salsa and sour cream.
    But they have changed the recipe and they ok but not as good as before.
    I like easy and it was easy and for 5 carbs.
    Gayle McLeod of low carb recipes has a great chip that requires more labor but if you like Crispers, you will like it.

  4. Your dip looks excellent. I avoid keto flours. To make chips I cut deli sliced American cheese (not plastic wrapped singles) into 4 squares then place on parchment paper and microwave till bubbling and slightly browned around the edges. I do a few slices at a time in 30 second intervals. Depending on the thickness of the cheese it takes a couple of minutes. Let cool and you have a crispy tasty cheesy “chip”. They are great with guacamole.
