  2. Rutabagas would make a great potato substitute they are delicious I could eat them any kind of way. Especially if you are low carb and craving mashed potatoes. Of course mashed cauliflower is great too. Rutabagas are very nutritious look them up and see for yourself how much fiber and vitamins are in them.
