  1. I can't meal prep cause I'm too tempted to eat everything lol. It all looks so good! I fast for 2-3 days at a time anyway, and go to the grocery store on my eating days and buy for that day only so it eliminates all temptations. Easy peasy! Do whatever works for you. This is fantastic, btw. Love the variety of dishes. ✌️

  2. The way I was absolutely shocked when I saw you only have 2k subscribers! This video is so helpful, especially since my bf and I just moved in together. We're so busy and try to prioritize our training and healthy eating, but sometimes when I get home from my 9-5 it takes everything in me to just get to the gym. By the time we're done I don't want to cook, but meal prepping hasn't worked well for me alone in the past. I think with it being both of us now it'll be better, especially since we can pick foods that we each like and can mix and match. THANK YOU for this! This lil 21 year old baby adult appreciates it lol. Instant sub!
