I’ve made both cauliflower and radish “Faux-tato” salad before and I suggest you roast the veg in the oven to level it up! Just toss them with some avocado oil and salt & pep then spread on a pan. Thanks for your great video! I never thought to put relish in it and I have some jars of dill relish I made to use up! Definitely doing this!😋
