1 cup of Romaine lettuce
Red, orange, yellow, green peppers
Mini Tomatoes (I love cherry or grape)
1/3 cup or more Broccoli
Any vegetable that you enjoy and amounts
Fruit : strawberries, apples, grapes, blueberries, pineapple, peaches, etc.. Amounts are up to you!
Add sunflower or pumpkin seeds
Low fat cheeses
Homemade Salad Dressing Ideas :
Make your own using :
Add fresh lemon juice and spices
Flavoured or plain sugar free syrups (raspberry, pineapple, blueberry, Strawberry)
Add Balsamic or Rice Vinegars
You can add flavoured olive oils
Dijon mustard with vinegar, salt, sugar, garlic and cheese is delicious!
