2:31 I think that you mis-spoke, you said '2 lbs of white mushrooms which is 450 grammes' but it's actually more like 900g, (907 to be more precise). 1 lb (pound) is c. 453.6 grammes. But hey, it looks super. It's on my list.
I love how you give both measurements just so Americans & the rest of the world don’t moan about it, coz they’re too lazy to actually look up the conversions themselves, it’s not difficult
One oberservation: the mushrooms look as if they were washed – never ever do that, they will instantly suck up much water. Use a piece of cloth or a brush to take of any dirt. If washed, the mushrooms will release much more water than they usually do, and you need much more time and energy to eveporate the water or you end up with soggy taseteless mushrooms.
