  1. Can't wait to try this. I love noodles with parmesan and butter too! But it's 100 times better freshly grated. I also mix it up by using Parmigiano reggiano and Asiago… Good quality hard cheese makes a huge difference. You may never eat that shaker cheese again. Thanks for this video! Subscribed!

  2. Why didn't you just taste a few noodles by itself and explain the texture and the taste. I want to know if the noodles has a chicken flavor to it and you could have compared it to other noodles most people are familiar with like is it sort of like rice noodles, spaghetti noodles, egg noodles, and such… Would be much helpful…

  3. These Noodles are absolutely THE BEST., I Like Steve's Recipe from Serious Keto – I think his chicken noodles are BRILLIANT!!! I make mine with canned chicken. ALSO, you do NOT have to have a high power Blender. I used my ninja food processor and it worked great and did not have bubbles on the top that I would have had to skim off. ALSO, Steve's recipe is the BEST 1/4 of the entire recipe = 1 serving — SO you really get a big portion for almost NO carbs – I LOVE this stuff. ALSO, you could add a little bit of garlic powder, italian seasoning, and tumeric powder to make them just a little more yellow like regular pasta. Also don't forget to add some sea salt

Fun fact the real Alfredo from Italy is just butter, add the noodles and add some pasta water to help make the cream, then turn off the heat and add real thinly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano and mix well. The train you take it off the heat is because it will over heat and become stringly. The water will let the cheese melt into a creamy sauce. It was thought they used creams and milk in Alfredo but it never did in Italy, so the west made what they thought we'd Alfredo.
