  1. I'm literally making a version of your soup today in Minneapolis, MN USA. Thank you. I'm using frozen garlic (microwaved for 15 seconds and then diced) diced onions, celery and carrots and peas and a little butter in place of the olive oil and will add a roma tomato diced, a can of strained chickpeas, some chx bullion and water with some dried herbs to finish.

  2. I love your vegan recipes, I just made this soup (had no celery so added a bit of bell pepper and some spring greens) and it was so good, fresh and colourful, so tasty , the lemon juice and the parsley at the end make it just perfect!! Thank you so much !!
