  1. Holy crap, I just tried this and it was AMAZING!!!! I've made Burmese Tofu before and it was aight, but this stuff tastes just as good as any stuff you'd buy at the store if not better. I didn't have any sage so I just used thyme and it still worked out great!! I'm making this regularly from now on OMFG LOL

  2. Vegans are so weird. They don’t want to eat meat. They don’t want any animal products whatsoever, not even milk. But, they fall all over themselves trying to imitate what they can’t have anymore. If you miss it that bad, go get you some meat. This is pathetic. If I decide to go vegetarian for a while, I promise you, I don’t go hunting down the nearest source of weird imitation meat. I hunt down dishes in different cuisines that have strong vegetarian traditions for generations so, they have stood the test of time. There’s a lot of them in Ethiopian cooking, south Indian cooking and Southeast Asian cooking. They are so rich and so well put together that you literally do not notice that there is no meat.
