I wanted to walk through the grocery store and show you some of my favorite high quality chocolate items, including some next level sugar free options. Chocolate is healthy, but when you added white cane sugar to it, the healthy benefits are gone. Luckily there are some really good dark chocolate and sugar free options at the store now. From chocolate chips, snacking chocolate, and even chocolate nut butter, here are some of my favorite healthy chocolate items to buy at the grocery store. Mad love..Bobby, Dessi, Rose, and Art! XOXO

  1. I really appreciate you telling us the healthiest stuff out there however the cereal you gave a suggestion of grape nuts cereal and sprinkle stevia with it I was so looking forward enjoying the serial but it was absolutely horrible I couldn't finish it I felt so bad and it just yuck and I've spent that money $6 for a box of grape nuts and I'm thinking I can't do this all the time man so I'm sticking to my corn flakes without any sugar and if it's got sugar oh well I'll deal with that but the other stuff that you suggest great wonderful I love it thanks God bless

  2. Does anyone worry about the sustainability of these products? I worry about Himalayan sea salt being mined by hand in Pakistan, processed, & schlepped, using huge amounts of petroleum, to our stores. Jerusalem artichoke fiber?? I would hate to give up chocolate indefinitely, but it should be eaten in very moderate amounts. Let’s think about the cost of creating these products. Let’s pay the farmer a living wage! Let’s eat as much locally sourced food as possible.

  3. Basic healthy ingredients are not that expensive. The only proteins I get are pasteurized eggs, organic chicken, and grass fed ground beef. Then I get organic veggies and the cheaper organic fruits (like bananas). I also lowered my carb intake and only use high quality low carb bread, and organic rice. I spend about $60-70 a week on groceries and eat TONS of food.

  4. I’m making my own snack now. Energy balls. I just throw all my ingredients in a food processor and it’s very quick. Soak my dates for 10 min in warm water and drain and place in the processor about a cup and then I use 1/2 cup of unsweetened peanut butter. A scoop of collagen powder a cup of sprouted oatmeal and some dark chocolate chips and some ground flax and blend. If it won’t bind and too dry I add a little splash of almond milk but very small amount. Scrape out into a bowl and place in the refrigerator for 30 min so the oatmeal gets soft. I put on rubber gloves and roll into balls and place in a sealable container and place back in the refrigerator overnight. I will eat 3 for breakfast with a coffee at work. Quick and easy breakfast at work. Reminds me of a Larbar. This recipe gets you about 30 energy balls. I also have a container of ground up pecan’s and almonds which I will toss in. Just kinda do what you want with different ingredients.

  5. There's
There's a leak in this old building and my soul
    (Has got to move)
    My soul
    (Has got to move)
    Ooh, my soul
    (Has got to move)
There's a leak in this old building, yo' and my soul
    (Has got to move)
    I've got another building
(A building not made by man's hands)

This old building keeps on leaning and my soul
    (Has got to move)
    My soul
    (Has got to move)
    My, my, my, my soul
    (Has got to move)
This old building keeps on leaning and my soul
    (Has got to move)
    I've got another building
(A building not made by man's hands) Yes

    Before this time
    Another year
I may be dead and gone
    But before I go, yeah
    I'm gonna let you know
I'll be leaving in my brand new
In my brand new home, ahah
This old building keeps on seeking, y'all and my soul
    (Has got to move)
    My soul
    (Has got to move)
    My soul

    (Has got to move)
This old building keeps on seeking, y'all and my soul
    (Has got to move)
    I've got another building
(A building not made by man's hands) Yes I do, yes I do

    When I can read
    My title clear
    To mansions in the sky
    I'll bid farewell
    To all my friends
God said he would wipe, wipe, wipe, wipe, wipe, wipe
    Wipe my weeping eyes
Ho, this old building keeps on sinking and my soul
    (Has got to move)
    My soul
    (Has got to move)
My, my, my, my, my soul
    (Has got to move)
This old building keeps on sinking and my soul
    (Has got to move)
    I've got another building
(A building not made by man's hands) Yeah, ah, yeah

    You know what? I'm moving
    (I'm moving home)
    Mmm moving home
    (I'm moving home)
    Mmm I'm moving, yeah
    (I'm moving home)
    Ho yeah, yeah
(I'm moving home) I'm moving home
    Yeah, oh, move
    (I'm moving home) Ah
    I'm moving home
    (I'm moving home)
When you hear me sing my song
    (I'm moving home)
I'm just moving to live closer to the home
    (I'm moving home)
When you see me praising the Lord
    (I'm moving home)
I'm just moving closer to my heavenly home
    (I'm moving home)
    Hey, move
    (I'm moving home)
    Yeah, move
    (I'm moving home)
    Oh, I'm moving home
    (I'm moving home)
    Moving home
    (I'm moving home)
    Oh, I've got another building
(A building not made by man's hand)
    Yeah ooh, yeah, another building
(A building not made by man's hands)
    Ooh, yeah, another building, yeah
(A building not made by man's hands)
