  1. Bacon wrapped mayo lmfao.. so true. I did keto for over a year and I barely lost any weight. Why? Because I was still drinking wine on a daily basis. Overloading on guzzling carbs. I was like, hmm, keto sucks, it doesn't work. Yeah, I'm an idiot. I've given up drinking (will only have a vodka or tequila with sugar free soda every now and again if I can't sleep) and am restarting the right way. I've been eating nothing but amazing homemade Greek salads for the last couple of weeks and am going grocery shopping tomorrow to add proteins and more substantial meals. No more sugars or carbs. I've also added an hour long nightly brisk walk to the end of my day. I work 7 days a week, until 2am, and that is finally easing up after two years. I will finally be able to take care of myself the way everyone deserves to. I'm getting the ingredients for this tomorrow. I love that it's a meal that most people already have in the fridge.
