I’ve never been a salad eater…that is until I came upon this delicious dressing! Deep roasted sesame flavour in a dressing that’s not too light, not too rich, with the perfect balance of salty, vinegary and sweet. The commercial version is super popular in Japan for good reasons, and I’ve been able to recreate a version that is almost exactly the same, except with even MORE sesame seeds! Super easy to make at home and can be made gluten free using gluten free soy sauce.
