The end of summer is THE BEST time for us who love whole plant foods! Hang out with us today while I take full advantage of all the ripe foods and make some incredible vegan meals. We also hit the gym, go paddle boarding and finish the day having a sunset picnic with my mom!

  1. I love your what I eat in a day videos. And I know you’ve done the cronometer breakdowns in the past but could you do another one?! I’m having a hard time getting enough protein to recover from my workouts/build some muscle so it would be hugely helpful. Thanks so much!
