  1. RECIPE (3 servings, 45min prep time):
    Döner spice:
    -1 Tbsp paprika
    -1 Tsp cumin, thyme and oregano
    -1/2 Tsp onion and garlic powder
    -salt and pepper to taste
    Mix everything
    -400g smoked or firm tofu
    -2 Tbsp oil
    Thinly slice it and mix the oil and Döner spice.
    Marinate 30mins.
    Then fry until browned.
    Garlic sauce:
    -1/2 cup (120g) vegan yogurt
    -3 Tbsp vegan Mayo
    -1 Tbsp vinegar and agave
    -1 Tsp garlic powder
    -salt and pepper to taste
    Spicy sauce:
    -1 Tbsp hot pepper paste
    -1/2 cup (120g) vegan yogurt
    -1 Tsp cumin
    -salt to taste
    -3 Tbsp ketchup
    Mix
    Else:
    -lettuce, Tomate, red cabbage
    -Döner bread
    Full your Döner as desired.

  2. Don't know if you'll see this. I'm in Eastern Canada and I love watching your videos. Gives me a lot of ideas I'm trying to eat healthier and do more vegan stuff. . I've been vegan for over a year now and it's hard to find healthy vegan stuff doesn't have so much damn salt or grease in it so appreciate the videos and be well and be safe thank you

  3. Your dishes always look amazing. I wanna know how you eat like that and stay so slim.!!! Post your work out please!!!! I am only vegetarian not vegan but I love trying different vegan foods. What do you recommend for the best vegan cheese I have yet to find one.
