Sugar Free Bread and Butter Pickles Recipe
4 cucumbers, thinly sliced
½ tsp Redmond Real Salt
1 sweet onion, thinly sliced
½ cup Swerve granular
½ cup white vinedgar
¼ cup Swerve Brown Sugar
½ tsp celery salt

Combine cucumbers and onion in a bowl. Place aside.
Combine Swerve and remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil and simmer.
Pour mixture over cucumbers.
Cool. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. Store in airtight containers.
