Today I’m going to show you how to make delicious protein bars. They are like soft toffee or nougat in texture, and caramel-peanut in taste. These bars contain 29 grams of protein per 100 grams! And they are ready in 5 minutes.

Sweetener: 1 gram of my sweetener is equivalent to 10 grams of sugar.
The protein I use (delicious, with natural vanilla):

Milk 200 g
Protein 80 g
Powdered milk 80 g
Peanut butter 120 g
Sweetener 16 g
When using soy / pea protein, I recommend increasing the amount of milk by 120 grams. The mass before boiling will be thicker than in the video. But it will take a little longer to boil it to the desired density.
