  1. I used to cook pancit molo with my own version of sauteing the chicken feet with garlic and onion until the chicken feet is super soft that I can scrape and separate the meat from the bone. Then that is the time i added the meat inside the molo wrapper, add fried garlic and onion leeks. Instead of molo as pancit I add a little of miswa. My family love it so much.

  2. I can tell you're not from Iloilo. It's called Pancit Molo because it originated from Molo, Iloilo City. There's No pancit in the Molo. I guess it's the wrapper but I can tell mi kulang sa lasa mo. We make a chicken broth and a shredded chicken with bullion to make it more tasty. Then garnish it with toasted garlic and onion leaves. Nevertheless nice try.
