A recipe I do for oatmeal that smells and tastes delicious and is 1 serving. It's also about 300 calories (for me since I use almond milk)
1/2 oats
1 cup almond milk or preferred milk
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 mashed banana
Mix that in a saucepan and put it on high until it comes to a boil. And then cook and stir it on a medium to low setting until desired consistency. If you want it a little bit less runny then use 3/4 or 1/2 cup milk and top it off with the other half of the banana. And voila! Delicious!

Two mashed bananas AND Honey…. That sounds disgustingly sweet. I would leave the honey out and add only one ripe mashed banana. Since there is chocolate/cacao involved it's already sweetened. Add some blueberries and raspberries for more healthy fruits!
