SALTED CARAMEL APPLE STOVE-TOP OATS 🍎🫶🏻 (aka. comfort in a bowl)

in a pot:
•1/2 cup water
•1/2 apple diced
•1 tsp vanilla
•1 tsp cinnamon
*Bring to a boil, lower temp and stir occasionally until no more water

add:
•1/2 cup oats
•1/2 cup water
•1/2 cup milk
•1 tbsp chia seeds

*stir + simmer until desired texture
*add a scoop of protein powder (I used salted caramel flavour!!!) – if you don’t add protein powder you can add a tsp of sweetener to the apples at the beginning

top:
•Granola
•Peanut butter
•Hemp hearts
•Sea salt !!!!!
•More apples! chocolate chips! Whatever your heart desires! 😚❤️
