Woah the ups and downs in this video much love. Loved the vid a lot! Youtube know me too well I was just getting hungry watching Delta Parole Music Videos and now I am here and getting hungry even more hungry for this. Always time to eat after I watch these vids. lel

Edited to include that I made it in the food processor.
@Wholesome Yum just made them and my 14 year old and I both loved them! He had 4-4" pancakes! I did tweak the recipe because in my home nobody likes the taste of almond milk. We love everything else made of almonds but not the milk. The taste reminds me of regular skim milk which I don't care for either. Anyhow, call it desperation but in my head almond milk plus avocado oil makes sort of a heavy cream, so I omitted both and substituted ⅓ cup heavy whipping cream, plus another half of that same cup (sorry can't be more specific😬).
I will try the true recipe someday soon, but these were fluffy and very delicious too! I ate just one 4" pancake with Kerrygold butter and was satisfied —and, believe me, I could down some pancakes in my hey days.
