KETO CHILI IN AN INSTANT POT IS YOUR NEXT EASY KETO DINNER RECIPE USING GROUND BEEF!!
With the cold air and the Super Bowl around the corner, it’s Chili making season! This easy keto chili is one of the best keto chilis you will have. Only a few simple ingredients but it packs loads of flavor. Plus, this keto chili can be made in an instant pot and ready in 8 minutes!
Don’t worry…it’s okay if you don’t have an instant to cook your chili in… a slow cooker will do or you can cook this on the stove top. It just might take you longer, but the flavor is still there for this low carb chili con carne. So if you have a pound of ground beef in your fridge and a can of tomatoes, you can make this! It’s one of my go-to ground beef keto recipes.

EASY KETO CHILI IN AN INSTANT POT
3 tablespoons avocado oil
1 pound ground beef
2 teaspoons salt
¼ onion, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 jalapeno, seeded & diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon oregano
1 (13.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
Using the saute function on the InstantPot, heat oil then add beef, onion, bell pepper, jalapeno, garlic, and salt. Cook until beef is browned and vegetables are softened. Stir in seasonings and cook for 1 minute. Add tomatoes and stir. Cover and pressure cook for 8 minutes. Let pressure release naturally.
