This chicken lasagne is a comfort food for those who are losing weight. Eat and lose weight! Chicken Lasagna is a delicious, gluten-free, low-carb, keto recipe. Very easy to prepare.

Ingredients:
✅ Boiled chicken without skin – 8 1/2 oz. (240g.)
✅ Melted butter – 3 tablespoons
✅ Chicken egg 1- 2, depending on the consistency of the dough
✅ Quick yeast – 1 teaspoon

For sauce:
✅ Garlic 2 cloves
✅ Olive oil or butter 1- 2 tablespoons
✅ Ricotta cheese – 2 tablespoons
✅ Mozzarella handful – 2 oz. (50 g.) approximately
✅ Parmesan handful – 1 oz. (20-30 g.) approximately
✅ Oregano to taste

🍴Cooking:
👉 Grind boiled chicken in a blender
👉 Add melted butter and eggs, yeast – the consistency should be like very thick sour cream.
👉 Mix everything, put it in a baking dish in an even layer and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.

Making the sauce:
👉 Crush the garlic
👉 Mix with olive oil or butter
👉 Add ricotta
👉 Mix and grease the base for the lasagne with this sauce
👉 Top with grated mozzarella, parmesan and oregano
👉 Bake until the cheese melts and a golden crust appears
