Yes, I said this is the BEST KETO BREAD EVER! And I’m going to stand by that statement for this Low Carb Bread Machine Recipe. This Keto yeast bread (yeast bread keto) is the best keto bread I’ve tasted. It comes so close to regular bread but is a true low carb bread as the carbs are only 2.2g per slice! You get a full rise from this keto bread bread machine recipe, thanks to the yeast in this keto bread (that’s why I also call it a keto yeast bread). To add to the magnificence of this keto bread, is that it is a keto bread bread maker recipe – yup, it actually works in a bread maker (or a bread machine). Most keto bread recipes don’t work in a keto bread maker and therefore low carb bread machine recipe are hard to come by! This keto bread bread machine recipe is aslo so incredibly easy to make. There are just a few specific steps in this low carb bread machine recipe that need to be followed, but otherwise it’s simply dumping all the keto ingredients into the bread maker (bread machine) and pressing start! This Low Carb bread machine recipe is going to be the best keto bread you’ve tasted and your new go to low carb bread or keto yeast bread (keto bread) recipe…I guarantee that!

I have so much to say about this keto yeast bread. Firstly, we use yeast in the keto yeast bread, which gives it an incredible rise and heght. Yes, this keto bread rises just like regular bread loaf. Say hello to a full size low carb bread! Yes, we have to add some sugar to make it rise, but we use only 1 teaspoon of sugar for this keto bread recipe. And, the yeast eats up that sugar (honey) anyway, so you don’t actually consume those carbs (which is only 6g of sugar from the honey). And the incredible smell that this keto yeast bread has, is unreal! I couldn’t get enough of sniffing this low carb bread!
Then we need to talk about how damn awesome it is using a bread machine / bread maker for this keto bread recipe. Seriously, who knew making a keto yeast bread was this easy! You simply add in all the ingredients (in the right order per your bread maker specifications / bread machine specifications) and then press start. A few hours later and then you have amazing keto yeast bread using this amazing keto bread bread maker recipe.

This keto bread bread machine recipe works wonderfully for this yeast bread keto – and you don’t need to go and purchase and expensive bread machine or breadmaker. I bought an old breadmaker off craigslist for $10! And this keto yeast bread still came out perfectly. So don’t let the fact that this keto yeast bread needs a bread maker to create.

  1. I’m glad to see you’re using your “loaf” 🍞 buying a bread making machine. I feel like an “outsider” for having an antiquated bread machine that’s so old the machine has gone ”stale”. I’m hoping to get a new one soon before growIng old and becoming “ pan bread”. You could possibly start selling your bread. I heard there’s a lot of “dough” in it. I suppose you have to earn a “crust” in these austere dreary times, especially if living on the “breadline”. It could be a good source of income. It would be your “bread and butter”. Sorry for the bad english. Intelligence doesn’t run in the family, I must be “in-bread”. I have to say I admire your baking skills. I’m not exactly my “Mother’s Pride” with my bread making skills. By the way, my wife really ”kneads” one of those machines for her sandwich making business. Ironically, her name just happens to be “Marg” would you believe. She’s one hell of a gossiper. The wife “spreads” it about quite a bit and can’t keep a secret. Just be careful when adding salt to your bread ingredients. I accidentally “a-salted” myself and ended up in a hospital that wasn’t hospitable. To put it succinctly, I think bread making machines are the best inventions-yes, you guessed it- since “slice bread”. I have to say goodbye now, it’s way past my “breadtime”. Sorry for writing this silly infantile message. You really deserve much “butter”.
Incidentally, in the event my bread doesn't rise, should I replace the yeast with viagra, or will the viagra just make my bread go hard? Please advise. Yours sincerely, the Scottish Mr “Ginger Bread Man”.

  2. I bought a machine last night… no really at night, like 1 am… waiting for it to be delivered at this moment.
I will be trying your recipe for bread tomorow, I hope it will be just as nice as the loaf you made!
    Greetz from the Netherlands!

It is Amazing!!!! Thank you so much, we love this bread!!

  3. Fresh out of the bread machine, sliced and with lots of melted butter on it, I was originally very impressed and made this recipe 3 times. Eventually I discovered two big problems with the recipe:
    1. Far too much vital wheat gluten. After it rises, bakes and cools down, the wheat gluten acts like a rubber band, pulling the outer crust shell into the centre, caving in both long sides and the top of the loaf.
    2. Far too much oat fibre and flax seed meal in the recipe. The crust is basically tasteless, tasting like cardboard or sawdust.
Moving forward, I'll be tweaking the recipe with almond and coconut flours and reducing the flours mentioned above.

  4. I'm using the Zojirushi BB-PAC20BA model and finally, after many attempts, made a proper loaf… To others having issues with this model one main thing I did was sub out the Flaxseed Meal with Lupine Flour (same measurement) AND made sure my eggs were room temperature. I also used water warmed to 80 degrees. Aside from that I followed the exact same way, ingredient for ingredient and added them as shown in the video…

  5. I'm reading pretty bad things about wheat gluten, and in this recipe is the predominant ingredient. I honestly been having this bread daily (2 slices) for over a year and although I neve felt bad I'm growing concerns. Will it be bad for me if I keep eating it at this rate?

  6. I made it!!!!! I can’t thank you enough! I was craving bread for months and those low carb bread they sell like : Carbonut are a lie! a single slice raises my blood sugar tremendously.
with this bread, I can eat 2-3 big slices and my blood sugar stays steady.
I’m definitely trying your other recipes, thanks again

  7. Swap out flaxseed for almond flour, put the wet ingredients = water, egg, yeast and honey at the bottom. Premix all dry ingredients first then put on top of the wet. Then place the butter around top. This recipe is for a "small" loaf be sure to set that if you can on your machine
