I like your simple easy to replicate recipe. I can’t get the traditional cheese. Just grocery store brand… but my Midwest guests are used to making do. The dressing is equally basic. I like the basic charm of this dish. 👍 often our culture shines brightest in our basic traditions.

It looks amazing I’m eating a Greek salad right now with anchovies as I watch this. I chop everything finer though without dressing. Just a tiny bit of lemon juice salt and pepper with the oil from my anchovies
