  1. By adding the coconut flour instead will it still give the same texture fluffy and moist ? Also you said 2 1/2 sticks of butter but it look like 1 1/2 stick to me. Is the measurement wrong or is it really 2 1/2 sticks (1 1/4 cup ) ? I'm confused.. There are different sizes of wrapped butters.

  2. I made this on Saturday. I didn't have any walnuts, so I used freshly roasted pecans. I used just one loaf pan and missed a step, so I had to cook it for a longer amount of time (20 min more). I sliced it into 10 pieces, as it was very moist when I cut it and I didn't think it could be cut any thinner. I skipped the salt as I had salted butter. I always add a bit more of the sweetener for my taste. I forgot to use the extra 1/4 of a cup to preserve for the topping (probably why cake was more moist). I did add just the extra pecans on top. O.M.G!!!! This is the best cake I've made. The recipe is amazing. You can't tell that there's no banana in the cake. It looks, smells, and tastes like banana nut bread. I'm going to have it with low carb vanilla ice cream later 😋! Thanks for the amazing recipe.
