The Absolute BEST Non Dairy Creamer – Clean & Refined Sugar Free! Updated Recipe 2021

I have been asked A LOT to try to make my Non Dairy, Refined Sugar free CREAMER into an updated video. YES, It’s that good!

And if you want to make a batch in advance then here it is…

-1/4 cup raw cashews (soak if not using a high powered blender)
-3 Dates (more or less depending on preferred sweetness)
-2 tsp vanilla
-1/4 cup coconut cream (full fat, from can- see video)
1/2 cup almond milk, unsweetened
2-3 pinches salt ~1/16 tsp

Blend in high powered blender for 1-2 minutes til smooth. If you don’t have a high powered blender then soak cashews for 30 mins in very hot water.
Refrigerate (it will thicken in frig)
I used ~ 2 Tbsp per 1 cup coffee
Yields 1 cup (so about 8 cups of coffee!!)

  1. I tried using some Evaporated coconut milk, omitted the dates, and I used some almond/coconut creamer i already had in place of the almond milk, same 1/2 cup pf cashews and it came out quite good also.
    Think i am going to stick to your recipe here though, little cheaper, less calories and not as sweet
