I always need something sweet after dinner…. yep every night! Do you??
Well this is perfect for those cravings.

It tastes like a Snickers bar, but so much healthier and so so yum!

Since you all loved my Hazelnut Chocolate Bark I shared last time, I had to make another. These barks are not only delish but they’re easy to make and great for meal prep.

Chop up into smaller pieces, however size you like and keep in the fridge or freezer. Then grab a piece when you feel like it 🥰

I have both recipes on my website lovelies, link is below:

  1. Everyone who is saying "chocolate isn't healthy" is wrong, here's why : chocolate increases our heart health. The antioxidants in dark chocolate have been shown to lower blood pressure, reduce the risk of clotting, increases the blood circulation to our heart, thus lowering the risks of strokes, coronary heart disease and death from heart disease.

  2. Can confirm, these are delicious. If you want bite-sized snacks, you can fill dates with peanut butter, and peanuts then dip them into chocolate, and chill until set.

Warning: this is not exactly healthy but health-ier (than a snickers) option for dessert. Medjool dates are basically caramel with fiber and some vitamins and peanuts/PB is still both fatty and calorically dense. This recipe is still fairly sugary despite the vitamin, protein antioxidant, and fiber content. Slightly better for you or not, recipes like this should remain a light dessert or a sometimes snack.
