  1. I dont understand low-carb diets because carbs are one of the most important things and going on one of these diets takes away a whole lot of that. To be honest I don't understand any diets just eat in moderation and if you can't control yourself and really need to go on one choose the right one for you or if you want to try to keep dairy, keep carbs, don't go gluten-free (gluten-free foods have more fat in them to make it as similar as possible to the original and gluten free diets are for people with problems like gluten intolerance)
