  1. The faux sweet potato casserole looks easy and delicious. First I would like to know about the garlic-cinnamon combo. Am I just out of the loop on that? I'm thinking heartburn (I'm old). But is it a good taste combo? Secondly, cauliflower – eeewww. Do you get that cruciferous belch? My "eeeww" is not a criticism of your recipe; just asking for your's and Leo's experience after eating the cauliflower. I know cauliflower is a popular go-to for keto as well as low cal. And, thanks for posting your video.

  2. Is there a reason – nutrition wise or something – for not nuking the squash? I've been slicing in half, removing the seeds, then nuking for 6 – 10 minutes depending on size. The skin then is relatively easy to remove. I wonder though how you so easily sliced through the raw squash when it takes all I can muscle. Must be the knife difference. I'm going to make a separate comment for my next question.
