Ingredients
120 gm Diabexy Atta
50gm Chopped Onion
30 gm Chopped Coriander
5 gm Green Chilly
3/4tsp Ghee
Method:
1. Take Diabexy Atta in a bowl.
2. Add finely chopped onion, coriander and green chilli.
3. Add all species and mix well.
4. Add water and make soft dough.
5. Make roti with the help of fingers and palm.
6. Cook thalipeeth from both sides.
7. Serve hot with pickle or curd.
