Thai Peanut Salad (Low Carb & Keto)
2 cups Cabbage (white or purple )
3/4 cup Cucumber
1/2 tsp Garlic
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 cup Green onions
1/2 cup Peanuts roasted
1/2 cup bell pepper ( red and yellow )
2-3 tbsp Peanut butter
1/8 tsp Granulated sugar or sugar substitute
1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste.
4-5 tbsp Olive oil / Sesame seed oil
1 tsp vinegar or 1 tbsp lemon juice
