👉Vegan Fish Sauce :
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes
(2 servings)
Recipe:
400g Tofu
Bunch of fresh Thai basil
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp brown Sugar
2 tbsp vegan fish sauce
3 Red Thai chilli
1 Onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
Salt for seasoning
Oil for cooking

Method:
1) Cook the tofu with low heat and set aside.
2) Heat oil, sauté the garlic & Thai red chilli till fragrant.
3) Add in onion fry till browned. Then add in the sauce ingredients, sauté everything together.
4) Stir in Thai basil and cook for few minutes.
5) Serve over rice and enjoy.
