  1. Sometimes I bake keto muffings for my husband with eritritol, and they dont taste good for me (for him, he says they are good) but I just dont enjoy them, they seem bland and pointless. Not a desert I can enjoy: I wonder if this would make me enjoy those bland keto deserts more?

  2. The only problem I see here is that mannitol is a type of carbohydrate (sugar alcohol) and contains about 60 percent fewer calories than sugar. The tablets must not be considered food (supplement perhaps?) as they aren't labeled with calories/grams per serving. So how many carbs are there in each tablet? Or, maybe any carbs are fiber? Then they'd be zero net carbs? Would sure like to know. I'd like to do the lemonade thing. Great video though!

    So my question is, did this trigger your sugar cravings afterwards? I feel like being able to turn something sweet would trigger me more than help me. Note that I am a sweet lover/addict – what I need is a fruit that would make sweet things yucky!

  4. You guys have to do a part two. Things to try:
    -keto breads
    -Keto baked goods to see if they taste more like the real thing. -almond milk
    -other berries
    -coffee with cream (if yours was black the first time)
    -beef jerky
    -chicken with a no sugar bbq or teriyaki sauce
    -unsweetened ketchup
    -butter
    -cinnamon (to see if it tastes like cinnamon sugar)
