Methi paratha recipe:
Methi/menthikoora 1 cup
Wheat flour 1.5 cup
Besan/chickpeaflour/senagapindi 1/2 cup
Curd 3 tbsp
Ajwain/vaamu 1/4 tsp
Salt and chilli powder as per taste

Preparation: Wash and finely chop methi leaves and add rest of the ingredients and knead it like a chapathi dough, add water as needed.

Divide the dough into small portions and roll them as chapathi. Heat a pan on stove and fry them like chapathi/roti. Hot soft and tasty menthikura paratha are ready. These are best suited for lunch boxes and best travel food. They can be served hot with pickle and curd.

These are best wholesome diet for diabetics. They help in maintaining insulin levels.
