It’s absolutely delicious, loaded with hearty ingredients, and possibly the easiest soup you’ll ever make! . . . . . . #tacosoup #eats #soupoftheday #trending #explore #viral #gamerecipes #tacotuesday #beans #soup #soupseason #fallrecipes Ingredients: 1 lb. ground beef ( you could use more if you like a meaty soup!) 1 tbs minced garlic 1 yellow onion, diced 1 tbsp tomato paste 1, 10oz can Rotel Mexican style diced tomatoes, undrained 1, 10oz can Rotel diced tomatoes & green chiles, undrained 2 cans of your favorite beans (I used black, kidney, & pinto beans), undrained 1, 15oz can corn, undrained 1 cup or less water, depending on how thick you like your soup. Seasonings: 1 packet of beef bouillon 1 packet of Hidden valley ranch dressing seasoning You can use 1 packet of taco seasoning orrrr make your own! 👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽 1 tbsp chili powder 1 tsp of onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, Cajun seasoning (@slap ya mama is my fave!), cumin, salt, oregano, cayenne, & paprika Toppings: Shredded cheese, sour cream, and tortilla chips or my fave Fritos. Directions: Cook ground beef and onion in cooking oil. Add seasonings to beef. Add all of your remaining ingredients. Stir to combine. Simmer for at-least 30 minutes (1 hour recommended). .
