Recipe below… Shop for your favorite things… TACO SOUP 1 LB ground Turkey meat or substitute with ground beef 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 cup onions, diced 3 cups chicken broth, low sodium or regular 1 (1-ounce) envelope dried Taco Seasoning Mix 1 (1-ounce) envelope dried Ranch Seasoning Mix 1 (15-ounce) can whole corn, drained 1 (15-ounce) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed under cool running tap water 1 (15-ounce) can pinto beans, drained and rinsed under cool running tao water 1 (10-ounce) can Ro-Tel tomatoes, any flavor 1 (14-ounce) can diced Mexican-Style tomatoes 1 tablespoon garlic (about 3 garlic cloves), minced 1 /8 teaspoon crushed red pepper, optional Shredded Cheddar Cheese for garnishing, Fresh cilantro for garnishing, optional Tortilla Chips, your favorite 1. In a large Dutch oven, over medium-high heat, add olive oil and onions. Cook for 3 minutes. Add ground meat. Cook until no loner pink, about 4-5 minutes. Add garlic and crushed red pepper. Cook an additional 1 minutes. 2. Add half the chicken broth, taco seasoning mix, and Ranch seasoning mix. Stir until well blended. Cook for an additional 1 minutes. 3. Add remaining chicken broth, Ro-Tel tomatoes, Mexican Style tomatoes. drained corn, drained and rained beans. Stir well. 4. Bring to a gentle boil. Reduce heat to simmer. Simmers 45 minutes. Stirring every 5 minutes. 5.
