El Yucateco Taco Skillet Low Carb KETO Recipe

Ingredients (in total for both versions):
– 1.5 lbs of ground beef or ground chuck
– 1 cup of chopped green bell pepper
– 1 cup of chopped zucchini
– 1 cup of sliced mushroom
– 1/2 cup of chopped tomato
– 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
– Your favorite taco seasoning (see below for a homemade version)
– Cilantro for garnish
– 1.5 oz of El Yucateco Red Hot Sauce

Homemade Taco Seasoning (perfect amount for this recipe)
– 3 Tablespoons Chili Powder
– 1.5 Tablespoons Ground Cumin
– 2 Teaspoons Paprika
– 1.5 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
– 1.5 Teaspoons Onion Powder
– 1 Teaspoons Salt (regular table salt)
– 1.5 Teaspoons Black Pepper
– 3/4 Teaspoon Dried Oregano

The Cook:
In a hot, oiled skillet, brown the ground meat, add taco seasoning, mix, then add the veggies while mixing in. Add El Yucateco Red Hot Sauce and stir again. Allow a few minutes while stirring for the veggies to begin to soften and render. Remove skillet from heat, top with cheddar cheese and place into the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes to melt cheese. Garnish with cilantro.

Serve with any sides you like & ENJOY!
