Sweet ragi Oratti is a healthy snack / breakfast that is very nutritious.

It is a traditional recipe in Kanyakumari district.

Ragi is rich in vitamin D, calcium, fiber, potassium, etc..

As this recipe is very sweet, kids will definitely love it..

We use jaggery for sweetness, so diabetic patients can also consume in limited quantities.

Ragi flour – 2 cups
Salt – 1 pinch
Jaggery – 1 ( Crushed )
Ghee – 6 – 8 tablespoons
Cardamom – 3 ( crushed)
Grated coconut- 1 cup
