1.5 lb / 860 g really ripe persimmons (can swap for mango)
1 lb / 460 g bok choy (baby or full size)
1.5 lb / 860 g nappa cabbage
Optional: ginger and 1 tbsp curry powder

Hey Chris can you do a video on great ways to get a variety of greens into your diet and tips for rotating greens and which greens to always try to include monthly etc, I have been eating big 5lb salads every 2-3 days and the main greens i use are just romaine, fancy leaf, kale and spinach. I juice celery and some other greens but id love to get more variety in terms of green vegetables into my salads, and also how often do you indulge in a great big salad 🙂
