It works for both Type 1 Diabetics and Type 2 Diabetics of course, is low in carbs, high in good protein and only has 3 ingredients and some spices!
For me, it’s important to have low and slow carbohydrates, as well as get that protein to fill me up so my blood sugar will be more balanced and not spike very quickly and can then be balanced with my long acting insulin.
It might not be the thing you serve at the Nobel Prize dinner but it is very tasty, healthy, filling, quick and easy.
